Jim Chaffee
Jim Chaffee is Managing Partner of The Southern Lights Conference and President and Founder of Chaffee Management Group (CMG), a company founded in 2001 dedicated to establishing robust public platforms for authors, artists, actors, and speakers who convey hope and redemption through their art. CMG includes a faith-based speakers bureau and event management for several national conferences, which over the past ten years has included The Liturgist Gathering, The Road Back To You Enneagram conferences, and The Ally Tour. In addition to event management, Chaffee co-founded the Why Christian and Evolving Faith Conferences.
Chaffee served as President of Myrrh Records that throughout his tenure, released records with Amy Grant, Shirley Caesar, Fernando Ortega, Jaci Velasquez, Rich Mullins, Michael Card, Crystal Lewis, Anointed, Mark Schultz, Winans Phase 2, and others. Additionally, he was a member of the Gospel Music Association board of directors for 20+ years, where he served as Chairman of the Board for the GMA in 2003 – 2004.
Jim lives outside of Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, Dove Award-winning singer/songwriter Solveig Leithaug, and two of their five children.
